He xatdd Staff felt it was important to identify where the traffic would go, and they <br />wanted to mltke ~ure it would not have an impact on the wetlands, or if another access off <br />Highway 11 w~uld be needed or could be shortened to mitigate the wetlands. <br /> <br />Principal Ph me/Trudgeon added they have not received a traffic generation analysis. <br />Chairperson qixt noted that is a condition ora preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Dommer staled they have waited a long time, and these issues can be dealt with in the <br />developers a. ree!nent. <br /> <br />Principal Pla~ine~ Trudgeon stated that before it gets to City Council, these issues need to be <br />addressed. ~e a~eed some were minor corrections, but some could affect the plan. <br />Commissioner Jdthnson asked if there was a middle ground. He asked if they could turn their <br />work session intqa meeting and get this moving, and if that would make a difference in terms of <br />getting to the fir~ meeting of the City Council in July. <br /> <br />Principal Plat a~erlTrudgeon stated if the Planning Commission is inclined to keep the process <br />moving, they could, but he would hope it would be contingent on all issues being resolved. <br /> <br />City Enginee~ Ol~on stated his main concern is the traffic; they just do not have enough <br />information. <br /> <br />Chairperson <br />saying the traj <br />concerns. <br /> <br />[ixtistated the Town Center is adjacent to this development.
