She noted <br />the proposed~ 1o~ meet or exceed the 2.5-acre minimum lot size requirement in the Rural <br />Developing 3prea~ Each lot will be served by an on-site septic system and private well, and all of <br />the lots meet ~r ~Xceed the 200-feet of street frontage requirement. <br /> <br />Associate Phrme~ Wald stated the development is proposing to gain access from Tiger Street. <br />She advised hat ithe preliminary plat is also providing for a future access to the north that will <br />someday con ~ectlto Rabbit Street.
