Woodbury as well as Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove. He stated that he feels they are one of the <br />best developers the City could have interested in the Ramsey Town Center project. He stated <br />that they have indicated an interest is making a presentation to the City Council and he noted that <br />perhaps the City could invite other developers to also make presentations. He reminded the City <br />Council that the timing would need to be right because the City does not control the land.
