PLANNING COyMUSSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF NHNNESOTA <br />The Ramsey planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, November 1, <br />, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />2007, at the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />Members Present: Chairperson Michael Nixt (arrived at 7:06 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Jessica Trites Rolle <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Members Absent: None. <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />Assistant City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice Chairperson Levine called the regular meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Trites Rolle, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Trites Rolle, Hunt, <br />Brauer, Cleveland, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
