Case # <br />ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 7 OF CITY CODE, SECTION 51, <br />POSSESSION, SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING AND 3.2 <br />PERCENT MALT LIQUOR WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />By: Jim Way, Police Chief <br />Background: <br />At the October 23, 2007 City Council Work Session, staff discussed revisions to the <br />existing Liquor Ordinance based on the model ordinance provided by the League of <br />Minnesota Cities.
