Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #07- 11 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 7 OF CITY <br />CODE, SECTION 51, POSSESSION, SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF <br />INTOXICATING AND 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, at the October 23, 2007 City Council Work Session, staff discussed <br />revisions to the existing Liquor Ordinance based on the model ordinance provided by the <br />League of Minnesota Cities. <br />WHEREAS, staff reviewed minor revisions to the ordinance with Council at the <br />work session, and introduced the proposed amendments to the existing ordinance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Motion to adopt Ordinance #07 -XX amending Chapter 7 of City Code, Section 51. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by, <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 27 day of November 2007. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />-200- <br />
