Case #5: Request for Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Places to Shop to Low <br />Density Residential; Case of the City of Ramsey <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that at the October 9, 2007 City Council <br />meeting the City Council asked staff to change the property's land use designation from Places <br />to Shop to Low - Density Residential. He stated that the Planning Commission held a public <br />hearing at their November 1, 2007 meeting and have reco &-e nded proval. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by C <br />11 -XXX approving the request and authorizi <br />µ. <br />amendment to the Metropolitan Council. <br />Motion carried.
