ORDINANCE 907 -_ <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER CHAPTER OF THE A <br />CODEE ZONING � S �D <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAN ' <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B -2 Business to R -1 <br />Residential: <br />Lot 3, Block 4, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof and that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Riverview Bowl, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota according to the recorded plat thereof southerly of the <br />westerly extension of the north line of Lot 2, Block 1, said p lay of Riverview <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION 3.
