Councilmember <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #07- 11 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 10 T ` 1 FINAL PAYMENT TO W.B. MILLER INC. <br />PROJECT #05 -22 RTC CITY PHASE II ROADWAYS <br />co -8" <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council authorized design of City Phase II Street, Storm <br />Sewer, Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvement in Ramsey Town Center on November 9 <br />2004; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 10, 2005, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #05 -05 -133 <br />awarding the contract for IP #05 -22 to W.B. Miller Inc. in the amount of $562,096.80.00; and <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 1st partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $171,141.55. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 2nd partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $82,307.05. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 3rd partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $88,319.60. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 4th partial payment to W.B.. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $23,483.62. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 5th partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $23,483.62. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the, completed work and recommends 6th partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $1,521.90. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 7th partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $5,193.65. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 8th partial payment to W.B.
