WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director /Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 8th partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $26,957.96. <br />WHEREAS, Assistant Public Works Director/Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has <br />inspected the completed work and recommends 8th partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. in the <br />amount of $13,540.74. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B. Miller Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #05 -22 in the amount of $13,540.74. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of November, 2007. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27` day of November 2007. <br />Mayor <br />—70— <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #07- 11 -XXX <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
