<br />Chairperson McDilda suggested that the Board Members start thinking about this event and to <br />pass down any ideas to Environmental Coordinator Anderson. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Board was for Chairperson McDilda and Board Member Max to form a <br />subcommittee to assist Staff with the planning of the Environmental Expo, <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg questioned when the wetland buffer booklet would be published. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson stated that Staff is holding off printing the booklet until <br />the wetland inventory of the remaining wetlands was completed and adopted. <br /> <br />Board Member Olds questioned if the Natural Resources Inventory is still scheduled for the <br />Council meeting next week. <br /> <br />Environmental Coordinator Anderson reported that the NRI is on the agenda for the Council <br />work session, to begin at 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 13th. He stated that there <br />would be a couple additional topics on the agenda that night including the Sunfish Lake Blvd <br />Issue. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Board Member Freeburg reported that he had an article from the October 2ih Star Tribune <br />regarding the nation's water supply. He highlighted the paragraph that detailed how little land is <br />left to store water during the wet seasons. He explained that since so much of the land has been <br />paved and developed that we need to flush water into the Ocean to make sure that there is not <br />flooding.
