Both Staff and the Environmental Policy Board recommend that the City also pursue <br />funding for a feasibility study through EOS. Staff had initially identified the <br />Professional Services line item in the Environmental Services budget as a potential <br />source to fund a survey. Thus, if outside funding is secured to pay for the survey, <br />than Staff would recommend the City contribute $2,000 (from the Environmental <br />Services budget) toward the cost of a feasibility study if funding for the remaining <br />balance is provided by EOS. If Council is amenable to this, Staff will draft a <br />resolution authorizing the $2,000 expenditure from the Professional Services .line <br />item in the Environmental Services for consideration at a future meeting. <br />cta <br />• Page 2 <br />-118- <br />
