• <br />PC CASE # <br />CONSIDER ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR PAID ON-CALL FIRE FIGHTERS <br />Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br />Background <br />In 2006, the City conducted a recruitment process for paid on-call Fire Fighters. On <br />November 29, 2006 and December 13, 2006 the following individuals were hired as City of <br />Ramsey Fire Fighters: Carey Schiferli, Michael Nielson, Donald Yamauchi, Robert Tiegen, <br />Jacob Hanson, David Weigman, Justin Borer, Bart Hayft, Kyle Hemmerich, Andrew Johnson, <br />Shane Swedeen and Lance Weatherly. These individuals have successfully completed their <br />one-year probationary period, including all necessary training, as of November 29, .2007 and <br />December 13, 2007. <br />Funding Source <br />• <br />These paid on call Fire Fighter positions were approved as part of the 2007 General Fund <br />Budget.
