Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />A COMMUhtITY SERVICE OFFICER <br />WHEREAS, Drew Moldenhauer was hired as a Community Service Officer on <br />January 24, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Moldenhauer has successfully completed the required six- <br />month probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its December 11, 2007 meeting, <br />made a motion recommending that Mr. Moldenhauer's probationary period end and that <br />he be retained as afull-time regular Community Service Officer. <br />NOW, THISEFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey accepts the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Drew Moldenhauer, <br />effective September 14, 2007 and to retain him as a full-time regular Community <br />Service Officer. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 11~` day of December 2007. <br />G:~Administration~flumaaResources~Perf'onnance Eveluazions~Endiog Probation~'vfoldenhauer.doc <br />-160- <br />
