• Further Discussion: Chairperson Elvig asked if, since there is no local match for these funds, if <br />there are any obligatory things that the City needs to consider to fulfill the grant requirements. <br />City Engineer Janlcowslci stated that there are. federal requirements that the City will need to <br />meet. Chairperson Elvig stated that he would like to see these requirements. Assistant City <br />Engineer Himnler stated that the requirements are for things like Americans with Disabilities Act <br />that the City can comply with... Chairperson Elvig stated that he would also like to include the <br />area of Riversbend by 142°a and Waco Street for a pathway across CR 47: City Engineer <br />Jankowski stated that staff had not included this area because that district does not attend the <br />Ramsey Elementary School. Assistant City Engineer Himmer stated that staff can take a look at <br />this area to see if it would .fit any other criteria for inclusion in the grant application. <br />Motion carried. Voting <br />No: None <br />Case #8 Consider Establishing Topsoil Requirements in New Subdivisions <br />Case #9 Consider the way the Public Works Committee Reports to the City Council <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Chairperson Elvig, to table Case #8 and #9 until <br />the November Public Works Committee meeting. <br />Motion carried.
