Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #07-12- <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A DETERMINATION .REGARDING THE NEED FOR AN <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) ON THE DIAMONDS <br />SPORTS BAR PROPOSAL <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Findings of Fact # ,relating to the request to <br />conduct motocross, demolition derby, rodeos/bull riding, music festival, and wake and <br />snowboarding events on the property, located at 7750 Highway #10, Ramsey, MN 55303, or <br />legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, The Diamonds <br />("Subject Property") <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council, based on the foregoing identified findings of fact, concludes that <br />an EAW is not warranted for the Proposal by the Applicant, and that the Proposal does not have <br />the potential for significant enviromnental effects. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ul favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 11th day of December, 2007.. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />-256- <br />
