I live at 14239 Alpaca St Nw. I would like it known that I against allowing motocross, snowmobile racing, demolition derby, and rodeos behind my house. I have listened to softball for 7 years and appose allowing additional noise to enter my backyard. The noise from motocross engines at high rpms and loud speakers/pa announcers, etc. are unwanted in my neighborhood. Additionally, cars and trucks entered in a demolition derby usually have little or no mufflers on their exhaust systems. Please understand the concern I have for my home and the neighborhood. While l understand the need to operate a business to make a living or profit, it should not come at the expense of residents surrounding that business location. Diamonds Sports Bar has a conditional use permit. Please do not amend it to allow these "special events" on an on-going basis..
