Please send me an a-mail back to let me know you received this
Ater. Thanks for all your help.
"o the City of Ramsey Planning Commission:
.ast night at 7:00 pm, we received a public notice from a neighbor stating that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission is having
i hearing on October 4, 2007 (today) to consider a rquest by Diamond's Sports Bar and Grill to permit motocross, snowmobile
acing, demonlition derby and rodeo. Because of our work schedules, we are not able to attend this meeting.
'Ve are residents of Dayton and live across the river from said bar. My spouse and I want to register our complaint about this
'he noise level from the music they play during the summer already keeps us up at night and we can't imagine the noise pollution
his new permit will create. The leaves on the trees during the summer help a little to keep some of the noise down, but without the
paves in winter, the noise will be unbearable. We can even hear the crowds cheering for games held at the park. We ask you to
~ote against this permit.
also wantto say that I was saddened by the fact that neighboring communities do not communicate with each other. I would
hink that out of common courtesy, Ramsey would have let its neighbors
:now about this and other future actions taking place that would directly affect a neighboring community, like Dayton. I would hope
hat Dayton would let Ramsey know if something like this was going to be disruptive to their residents. When I called Dayton City
fall and spoke to the Assistant City Administrator, she knew nothing about this matter.
"hank you for considering our request.
3arbara Boulka, Dayton Resident
.arty Boulka, Dayton Resident
'63-421-3739
;c: Dayton City Hall -Administrator and Assistant City Administrator
See what's new at http://www.aol.com
-290-
10/4/2007
