Voting No: None. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Public Hearing: Public Hearing and Adopt Ordinance Establishing the 2008 <br />Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:22 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Public Hearin <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Finance Officer Lund stated that this item was introduced at the November 13, 2007, City <br />Council meeting. She stated that the new rates, if approved, would be effective January 2, 2008. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Look, Jeffrey, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Olson, and Strommen.
