I I I I I I I I I I I I ,I Councilmeml~r , introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-05: RESOLUTION :iORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPI~CtFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-08 (SEALCOP,,TING AND CRACK FILLING OF WHISPERING PINES ESTATES AND WHiSpERING PINES ESTATES PLAT 4 ) wHEREAs, a resolution of the City Council adopted February I 1, 1992 set a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of Whispering Pines Estates and ~ispedng Pines Estates Plat 4 (Project #92-08); and wHE~REAs, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHE~E/~S, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given and th¢!hear~'ng was held thereon on the March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard wer~ girth an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEI~EFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM$1~,Y,' ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) Thl~t ~iuch!improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted FebrUhry, ! 1, 1992. 2) That Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall prop~e plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion f6r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember i arid upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the follOWingyoted against the same: and the foiloWing abstained: and the folloWing;were absent: whereupon s/~id resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day bf May, 1992.
