I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmemb~ i [ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ~ i RESOLUTION #92-05- RESOLUTION 0RDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SP]~CiFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-09 (SEALCOA~ING AND CRACK FILLING OF NORTHFORK 1ST, 2ND & 3RD ADDITION~ ) WHEttErS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a Council hearii)g o7 the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of Northfork 1st, 2nd & 3rd Ad~liti0ns (Project g92-09); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and wHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was given and the. theanng was held thereon on March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were g~ven an opportunity to be heard thereon. k NOW THEI~EV0RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~Y,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA,as follows: 1 ) That ~uch !improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted Febmhry !1, 1992. 2) That Otev~ Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall preP~e pl~tns and specifications for the making of such improvement.
