I <br /> <br />Councilmem~r .i i introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-05- <br /> A RESi0LU~ION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO <br />DENNIS ~tlRISTIANSEN'S REQUEST TO MOVE IN ~-~'-RUCTURES ONTO <br />LOT 1, BLbQK 2, ALPACA ESTATES 3RD ADDITION (PIN 29.32-25-41-0013) <br /> <br /> 1 Thatl~ennis Christiansen, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" has properly applied for a <br /> perlx!ll~ to ~ove In a dwelhng w~th attached garage and an accessory garage onto the <br /> propi~y legally described as follows: <br /> . L0t! 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />2. That the s~bject property is approximately 2.5 acres in size and is zoned R-1 Rural <br /> Resid~ntiall. <br /> <br />3. That l~lx. ~on James, developer of Alpaca Estates, has provided the City of Ramsey <br /> with~a~ written statement indicating that the structures proposed to be moved into the <br /> sub6iv~iOfi~ meet the specifications of the covenants for Alpaca Estates. <br /> <br />7. That/fbr p~eels 2.5 acres in size and greater, City Code limits garage and accessory <br /> struc'tu~e s~ace to 2,064 square feet. <br /> <br />8.
