Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION g92-05- A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST TO MOVE IN STRUCTURES ONTO LOT 1, BLOCK 2, ALPACA ESTATES 3RD ADDITION BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT On . I992, the Ramsey City Council approved a request by Mr. Dennis Christians~n CPermittee") to move in a single family dwelling with attached garage and an accessory structure onto Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition. The terms of this development permit are as follows: That all plumbing shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Plumbing Code. That ail electrical circuits shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Electrical Code. That the placement of the structures shall comply with all City Codes and the Permittee shall acquire all necessary permits, including a building permit. That no building permit will be issued for the structure to be moved into the City unless the necessary plans have been submitted to make the building permit also applicable to the addition described in Paragraph 6, and the financial guarantee described in Paragraph 7 has been satisfied. That the exterior wails of the dwelling, attached garage and accessory garage shall be repainte& That the Permittee shall construct an addition to the principal structure that wilt result in the total main floor living area of the structure measuring at least 1,400 square feet. That the establishment of the sumctures, including the addition to the principal structure described in Paragraph 6, on the subject parcel shall be completed and receive certificate of occupancy by November 1, 1992. Failure to complete the project by November 1, 1992, will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee required in paragraph 7 of this agreement. That the Permittee shall provide the City of Ramsey with an escrow deposit in the form of cash or letter of credit, in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($10,000.00), for the purpose of guaranteeing compliance with the terms of this development permit and satisfactory completion of the project, as determined by the Building Official. That the Permittee hereby agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses incurred in administering this development permit. Failure to pay the City expenses incurred within 15 days of billing by the City will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee required by this agreement. 10.
