I <br />! <br /> <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> <br /> [ <br /> <br />Cou nc~lmemt:cr <br /> <br /> r <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #92-05-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONiORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPI~'CIifflCATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-01A <br />(SEALCOATING AND CRACK FILLING OF MSA STREETS) <br /> wHEREAs, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a <br />Council hear_i~g :dh the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of MSA Streets <br />(Project t/92:.01A);~ and <br /> <br /> WHE~REAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given and ~he[hea~ng was held thereon on M~ch 10, 1992 at which nme all persons desmng to be <br />heard were given ~n opportunity to ~ heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY,: ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That ~uch 5mprovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br /> Febm,~ry 11, 1992. <br /> <br />2) That Stev~ Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall <br /> preCafe Plans and specifications for the ma~ng of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion: f~r th~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember [ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> [ <br />and the folloWing:voted ag~nst the same: <br />and the folloWing;abstained: <br />and the folloWing;were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon s~id rosolution was decl~ed duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council ~is <br />the 12th day[of May, 1992. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Admini~,trator <br /> <br /> <br />
