I Councilmemb~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-05: RESOLUTION[ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SP-I~C!FICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-02 (SEALCO/t~I~ AND CRACK FILLING OF BROOKVIEW ESTATES AND WHITE PllqIES.'ESTATES ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a Council hoaritng o,n the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of Brookview and White Pines Estate's Additions (Project #92-02); and WHE,~REAs, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WH~EAs, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given and the!heaTing was held thereon on March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were giyen~ an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THE!~E~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM$1~Y,! ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such "improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted FebrUary 11, 1992. [ 2) That Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall prep~e pl,ans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for th.e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ [. arid upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the follo~ing~voted against the same: and the folloking!abstained: and the follo~ing~were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th dayDf May, 1992.
