Included in <br />the action was the property owned by Mr. James M. Stanton and occupied by Erin <br />Contracting, Inc. The property was Parcel No. 10 in the proceedings. <br /> <br />Although the eminent domain action has been dismissed and the property is not under <br />current threat of condemnation, Mr. Stanton may have some interest in selling and is <br />interested in exploring whether or not the City of Ramsey is interested in acquiring the <br />property. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that you will present this to the EDA at the January 10, 2008 <br />meeting and the City Council at the January 22, 2008 meeting. <br /> <br />If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to calL <br /> <br /> <br />3200 Main Street NW Suite 300 .
