<br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated a revised staff report has been distributed for Consent <br />Agenda Item No.8. This item will remain on the Consent Agenda unless there are questions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look requested Item No.5 to be removed from the Consent Agenda for <br />discussion. Consensus of the Council was that Consent Agenda Item No.5 be moved in the <br />agenda to Case No. 14. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the <br />agenda with the above changes. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
