1 <br />12-29-07 <br />TO wHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />In regards to the request from Michael Beach for a home occupation permit to <br />operate the offices of carefree Home services.I'am the property owner east of <br />7830,149 th 1n.A few years ago most property's in this area have had to replace.. <br />sewer systems and some water we1ls.For us that was. to have a new sewer drain fen d <br />and concrete septic tank put in.For 7830 149th, they did .the drain fend not the <br />tank.(old tank has dirt bottom) <br />we were told this has to be done when selling property to be up to code.what my <br />concern is,if property 7830,149th was sold from father perry Beach to son Michael <br />.Beach was this septic tank regulation updated to be in the code ? May be a concern, <br />because more occupants using sewer, As this part of 7830 is next to our property. <br />and fresh water well. <br />one other concern about the letter sent to us'-:from the city of Ramsey the letter <br />states Michael Beach is requesting a hearing for`'permit,783Q has had the offices. and <br />come and go-traffic daily after they added on to the house about 5 yrs. ago should <br />the permit have been requested back then for proper tax base information...... <br />I_~vould prefer to stay anonymous,its the tasks- of the planning commission to <br />collect facts pertaining to the request. <br />JUST A CONCERNEQ TAX PAYER <br /> <br />1 <br />-1~9- <br />
