Funding Source: <br />The Code revisions are being processed with Staff time. <br />Recommendation: <br />The rest of Chapter 05.09.03 contains other regulations covering dogs, including regular licensing, <br />leash requirements, dangerous dog .requirements, and other nuisance-type situations. Staff is of the <br />opinion that these regulations are more suitable for controlling problem dog behavior, rather than the <br />Administrative Kennel License requirement.
