PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, December 6, 2007, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Members Absent: Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Jessica Trites Rolle <br />Also Present: Interim Assistant Community Development Director Amy Geisler <br />Associate Planner Breanne Dalnes <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Hunt, <br />Brauer, and Cleveland. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Commissioner Trites <br />Rolle. <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the following <br />minutes as presented: <br />1) Planning Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated November 1, 2007. <br />Planning Commission/December 6, 2007 <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
