Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The Board 0f Adjustment proceeded to review the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Chairpersortilrten~lriksen asked Mr. Brehm if he agrees with term #2 that states the storage building <br />constructed,~:~t ttte subject property shall not be located any closer than one hundred ninety (190) <br />feet from thb front property line, to which the applicant stated he is proposing 188 feet. <br /> <br />Motion by $o ,ar. dmember Deemer and seconded by Boardmember Terry to amend #2 to read "That <br />the storage ~ml~ng constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than one <br />hundred eighty ([80) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />Motion ca~ ~1. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Boardmembers Deemer, Terry, Bawden, <br />Holland, La~ue and Thorud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Boardmemb~er D~mer inquired of the applicant if the garage will look like the sketch submitted to <br />the Board tO which Mr. Brehm replied yes. <br /> <br />Motion by B0ardmember Deemer and seconded by Boardmember Bawden to amend #4 to read <br />"That the ~¢es~ry garage shall be built as illustrated in the exhibit submitted for the Board of <br />Adjustment!r~vie~. <br /> <br />Motion ca~ied. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Boar~lmember Deemer and seconded by Boardmember Holland to adopt Resolution <br />g92-07-176~approving Mr. Daniel Brehm's request and declaring terms of the variance to construct <br />accessory ~m. et0res nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally ketownas 8301 - 163rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Motion ca~ried.'.
