7. That the Church is willing to do a lot combination at Anoka County Property Records and <br />therefore the conveyance of the Subject Properly in two (2) lots will not have the affect of <br />creating any new buildable lots as only one parcel identification number will be assigned to <br />the two, (2) lots. <br />S.
