Alpine before Ramsey/Armstrong <br />• Trails -separation of uses <br />• Speeding bikes endanger walkers <br />• City limit signs at all roads entering City of Ramsey <br />• Better I.D. of main city roads <br />• Signing at County Road 5 and Sunwood Drive <br />ISSUE: Speeding Noise on County Roads <br />• More 4-way stops, ex. Ramsey and Alpine <br />• Traffic control on Armstrong <br />• Speeding school buses, dirt haulers, UPS trucks, garbage trucks, etc. also cause noise <br />pollution <br />• City "Noise Ordinance in Effect" signs <br />• Illegal exhaust -trucks and motorcycles <br />ISSUE: Off Peak -Ramsey Blvd. at Bunker Lake Blvd. and Sunwood Drive <br />• Make it a 4-way red flashing <br />• During peak times cycle as is <br />ISSUE: Access to Surrounding Towns <br />• Connect to Elk River by extending County Road 63 west <br />• Mississippi Bridge to Dayton a MUST <br />ISSUE: Different Trails for Multiple Use <br />• Woodchip <br />• Porous Materials <br />• American with Disabilities Act Compliant <br />• Make hiking paths 4 foot <br />ISSUE: No More 5 Ton Roads <br />• Upgrade road standards to 9 ton <br />• On new developments the contractor will build to 9 ton <br />• All streets to have sidewalk on at least one side of street <br />• Concrete curb & gutter <br />ISSUE: 167' Avenue Extension Otherwise Known as 167' Collector Road Extending <br />167`i' From Hwy #47 Thru to Armstrong is not the Place for a State Aid Collector <br />Road <br />• Principles: <br />1.
