Funeral Leave Employees are allowed fimeral leave up to three (3) consecutive <br />days per occurrence twice annually (a maximum of six days <br />annually) for a death in the immediate family as defined under <br />Article 15.2 <br />Court Time An Employee who works the "C" or "D" shift shall receive a <br />minimum of three (3) hours pay at two (2) times the Employee's <br />base pay rate if the Employee is required to appear in court prior to <br />1:00 p.m. that same day. <br />Standby Time If the Employer requires an Employee to standby, the Employee <br />shall receive seventy -five dollars ($75.00) pay. If the Employee is <br />called into court after being on standby, he or she will forfeit the <br />standby pay and shall receive the three (3) hour minimum court <br />overtime payment instead.
