The additional costs amounts to <br />approximately $9,006 of the $38,128 total to staff the additional precincts. <br />In anticipation of new equipment and also adding precincts, the City has encumbered funds from the <br />2007 budget to cover any additional expenses. <br />Staff recommendation: <br />Staff is recommending Council adopt the resolution adding three new precincts 'within the current <br />wards in the City of Ramsey. This action is deemed necessary due to the current growth of the City <br />and in anticipation of future growth.
