<br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the. Committee recommend to City Council. that staff be directed to <br />prepare a Final payment to Team Earthworks which includes a Change Order in the amount of <br />$14, 107.50 contingent upon providing documentation of the disposal cost paid. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />The Project was estimated prior to bidding to cost $215,000. Team Earthworks bid was <br />$177,672. The final cost of the project with the proposed change order included would be <br />$138,148.94. The City received a grant from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in the <br />amount of $295,342.
