<br />". <br /> <br />Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-09-264 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />PROFESSIONAL PROPERTIES, LLC, ALLOWING TWO MAIN BUILDINGS <br />(PRINCIPAL USES) ON ONE LOT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0809; AND <br />DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, GGJ Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Permitee," properly applied to <br />the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (the "Permit") to maintain two "main" <br />buildings (principal uses) on one lot, on the property generally known as 6760 Highway #10 and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 6, 2007 to review the request <br />for the Interim Use Pexwit (:jJl9. cpnducted a public hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall be allowed to maintain two "main" buildings (principal uses) on the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee shall adhere to all State Building and State Fire Codes regarding the <br />remodeling of the existing warehouse into office/warehouse leasable space, and shall obtain <br />all necessary permits. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee shall convert the existing warehouse according to the plans submitted, and <br />attached as Exhibit A <br /> <br />4) That this Permit shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or amended in any respect <br />unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. <br /> <br />5) That the City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />6) That the terms of this Permit shall be binding upon its successors and assigns. <br /> <br />7) In the event the Permittee, or its successors, or assigns, violates the terms of this Permit, said <br />violation shall be grounds for suspension or revocation pursuant to Section 9.03.04 Subd. 9 <br />of the City Code. <br />
