<br />~ <br /> <br />8) That the duration of the permit shall be 5 years from the date of City Council approval, <br />eligible for renewal every 5 years upon Council review. <br /> <br />9) In the event any part of this Permit is declared void or unenforceable by a court or competent <br />jurisdiction, the other provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />10) That all costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 28th day of September, 2007. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-09-264 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
