<br />, ~ <br /> <br />~fC'D [j E C {} 4 2007 <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record ID 1873312 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />493478.001 <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-10-291 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A BED AND BREAKFAST ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 7822 142ND AVE NW, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0815 AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #07-10-290 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0815 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On October 23, 2007 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Mary Toso ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a bed and breakfast <br />within the principal dwelling on the property generally known as 7822 142nd Ave NW and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 3 Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, subjectto <br />easement as shown on plat <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a bed and breakfast <br />within the principal dwelling located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be gIven to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />3. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />4. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br />
