<br />. <br /> <br />5. No more than 4 (four) guests may occupy the bed and breakfast at one time. <br /> <br />6. One sign (no larger than 3 square feet) is allowed at the end of the Permitee'sdriveway. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br />8. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />9. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />10. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />eriforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />12. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have'the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />13. Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other <br />than the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-10-291 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
