<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br />THE ASSISTANT CITY ENGINEER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tim Himmer was hired as the Assistant City Engineer on October 1, <br />2007 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Rimmer has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its April 8, 2008 meeting agreed <br />withstaffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Tim: Rimmer, effective <br />April!,2008. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Tim Himmer, effective <br />April!,2008. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 8th day of April 2008. . . <br /> <br />-104- <br />
