However, staff would recommend that <br />documentation of the actual disposalcost claimed to be submitted. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that Council direct. staff to prepare a final payment to Team Earthworks which <br />includes a Change Order in the amount of $14, 1 07.50 contingent upon providing documentation <br />ofthedisposal cost paid. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br />The Projectwas estimated prior to bidding to cost $215,000. Team Earthworks bid was <br />$177,672. The final cost ofthe project with the proposed change order included would be <br />$138,148.94. The City received a grant from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in the <br />amount of$295,342.
