<br />ORDINANCE NO. 08- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAlN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED <br />IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property <br />the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted <br />pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City; as <br />surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />AND; <br /> <br />LOT 4A, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br />The City Council will by a subsequently adopted motion determine the terms of sale by <br />whichthe above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
