Discussion with MnDot and the <br />change in plans for Segment 2 is close enough to our original that it can be included as planned. <br />Staff indicated that Segment 3, 2 miles of 173rd can also be added. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to the City Council that the proposed MSA system modifications be <br />forwarded to MnDot for incorporation into the City's State Aid System. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee by adopting attached Resolution 08- <br />04-XXX <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Consider Change Order for Former St. Paul Terminals Environmental <br />Cleanup Project <br /> <br />This Case was deferred by the Committee to the April 15, 2008 Public Works Meeting.
