The difference is because of a 1990 improvement that was not paid <br /> back. <br /> <br /> 3) DNR ReLeaf Program <br /> <br /> Mr. Bqos s~ated that the ReLeaf Pro,am is Federal dollars ad~nistered by natural <br /> resour~s fdr energy consemation, etc. and that Staff is fo~ulating a proposal for the <br /> Janu~ 29, ~993 deadline. <br /> 4 ) :Treo Board <br /> Counc~me~ber Zimme~an commented that there was not a l~ge crowd at the last ~ee <br /> board ~eti~g but he suggested it may be because of the time of year it is.
