The salon area will be <br />accessible from both her garage and her main living area,. and will be restricted to the dwelling <br />unit. The total amount of space to be utilized for the business is 128 square feet, which will not <br />exceed 20% of the living space of the home. There will be no outside employees, and a minimal <br />number of clients.
