<br />Sketch Plan Review; Kings Ranch Estates <br />March 28, 2008 <br />30f3 <br />will be presented to the Park Commission at "their April meeting for a recommendation on the <br />appropriate course of action. Only Lot 2 would be subject to the trail developmentfee at the time <br />of final plat approval. This fee must be paid prior to the City releasing the mylars for recording. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stonnwater Management Fee at a rate <br />of $425.00 per unit. Existing homesteads are exempt from this fee; therefore, only Lot 2 will be <br />subject to the fee in effect at the time of final plat approval. This fee must be paid prior to <br />release of the fmal plat for recording. Additionally, the Residential Equivalent Unit (RED) used <br />to assess a quarterly usage charge, will be applied to the new lot as well. Therefore, each parcel <br />will be subject to a quarterly fee on the utility billing in the amount of $8.58. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00pm on Thursday, April 3, 2008 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal' Center located at 7550 Sunwood Dr NW, to consider your request for sketch <br />plan approval.
