. Park and Recreation Commissioner
. Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association
. PACT Charter School
. Anoka Hennepin School District
.. Ramsey Seniors
. Girl Scouts
. Boy Scouts
. Ramsey Garden Club
. Ramsey Women of Today
. Ramsey Lions
. Ramsey Rotary
. 4- H Cheerful Chuggers
. Church community
. Youth First Community of Promise
. Burns Township
. Groups that use our athletic fields/facilities (Andover LaCrosse, S1. Stephen's Catholic
School Soccer Program, Anoka Tornado Hoops)

This list encompasses a broad scope of activities/organizations that occur in the community that
mayor may not utilize a community center facility, however, staff wanted to identify all of the
recreation/community groups that are active in Ramsey that could be part of an initial working
group to talk about space/service needs. The Task Force could be refined to include
representatives from groups that would utilize the community center, based upon what facilities
would be included. If there are groups/organizations that are missing from the list above, staff
would like input from Council regarding groups/organizations they are aware of. With regard to
the structure of a Task Force, it will be important to have a broad representation from the
potential users of the facility as well as keeping the size of the Task Force manageable.

Action Statement:
Staff is seeking direction with regard to establishing a Community Center Task Force.

Reviewed by: ~ Lt 0
City Administrator: I~ .

CCWS:

04/15/08
