It was asked ~vhat the DNR's position was regarding the impact to this wetland. Mr. Jankowski <br />responded that the DNR has been contacted regarding the project and has been advised that an <br />environme _t!~l impact worksheet would be required since the proposal would involve filling more <br />than one agte Of wetland. The DNR's position would depend upon the contents of this <br />environmental as~sessment worksheet. The Endangered Species Environmental Review section of <br />the Department Of Natural Resources was also contacted because of comments regarding the <br />presence of Blanding Turtles in the area. <br /> <br />Numerous residents adjacent to 154th Lane and Okapi Street N.W. expressed concern with <br />Alternative ~492 which would terminate the MSA road at Armstrong Boulevard in the vicinity of the <br />intersection~with; 154th Lane. They noted that passenger vehicles would continue westward using <br />the residential s[andard street.
