Dwelling, Manufactured Home — A structure, transportable in one or more sections, which in the traveling mode, is eight (8) body feet or more in width and forty (40) body feet or more in length, or, when erected on site, is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent chassis and designated to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein, except that the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and with respect to which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certification pursuant to. Minnesota Statutes, Sections 327.31 through 327.36, as amended. Dwelling, Mobile Home - Any structure constructed in such a manner as to permit occupancy thereof, as living quarters and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels, and conveyed on highways or streets, drawn by other motor power. Any mobile home less than thirty(30) feet in overall length is defined as a "Recreational Vehicle." Easement- A grant by a property owner for use of a strip of land by the public or any person for any specific purpose or purposes of construction and maintaining utilities and/or . roadways. Equipment, Commercial Use — Any motorized or non- motorized : apparatus whose primary use is to facilitate the generation of revenue. Equipment, Private Use — Any motorized or non - motorized apparatus whose - .4 primary use is for personal activities not related to generating revenue or profit. Essential Services — The erection, construction, alteration or maintenance of underground or overhead gas, electrical, steam or water transmission or distribution systems, collection, communication, supply or disposal systems by .public utilities, municipal or other governmental agencies, but not including buildings. Farm — A tract of land used for agricultural uses which is under cultivation or is fenced and utilized as pasture. Farming — Process of operating a farm for the growing and harvesting of crops which shall include those necessary accessory buildings, related to operating a farm, and the keeping of domestic farm animals. Fence — A fence is defined for the purpose of this City Code as any partition, structure, wall or gate erected as a dividing marker, barrier or enclosure. Fence, ornamental - a fence not greater than six (6) feet in height that is constructed from aluminum, wrought iron or steel, with pickets no greater than two (2) inches in width and no less than four (4) inches apart. Vertical support posts shall not exceed six (6) inches in width and shall be spaced a minimum of four (4) feet apart. Horizontal framing crosspieces shall not exceed three (3) inches in width. No other material shall obstruct visibility through the fence. Chain link fences are specifically excluded from this definition.
